The knee is the largest joint in our body composed of three parts. The Tibia which is the upper end of the shin bone; the femur, which can be found in the lower end of the thigh bone and the patella which is on the end of the femur. The knee is also one of the over used muscles and one of injury-prone parts of the human body.
