WHY DO CHAMELEONS CHANGE COLOUR ?

You may think that a chameleon change the color of its skin to camouflage its environment. You’re nearly close. The primary purpose of its color change is to express the emotional condition of the lizard to other chameleons or to other creatures. Normally, chameleons may turn into lighter colors when
they are courting and excited, while if angered and threatened, they can change into darker shades.
