HOW DO WE OBTAIN THE VANILLA FLAVOUR?

Vanilla flavour is obtained from the unripe fruit of a tall fragrant plant called Vanilla Planifolia.
It is a delicate climbing plant of the orchid family, native to Mexico, Central America and South America. The flavouring agent vanilla is most widely used in ice cream, confectionery, bakery goods, drinks and even in perfumes.
