The rigs near Bombay High are busy drawing petroleum oil from the treasures of Kubera, The Lord of the sea. The sea has many other riches like Cobalt, Manganese, etc.

The power of the tides is likely to be used in the near future for a small electricity. A small generating ststion of this type was established in Brittany in France in 1966.
